Our Design Team have collectively over 34 years experience creating stunning bathrooms. We don’t just sell bathrooms we design each room tailored to your own unique requirements and advise on approved installation specialists to help create the finished rooms to the highest standard. Our team are passionate about design and detail which is apparent when you enter our showroom and we aim to follow through our excellent customer service from the early design stages to completion of your project. Director, Stuart Wilde, was so impressed with our design service and customer care that he bought the Company!

Jakki James

Jakki’s interest in design began whilst working in Edinburgh Castle when she studied Calligraphy at Edinburgh College of Art. After living in Germany for 5 years she returned to the UK and began work with a York based bathroom company. She gained an understanding of the business after working in the buying office and running the installation teams before moving into the showroom as a designer and studying Kitchen & Bathroom design on the degree course at Bishop Burton College. She went on to become the Showroom Manager and left after 19 years to start the exciting project of designing and project managing our Wetherby Showroom.
Jane Ive

Jane is a graduate from the School of Architecture at Newcastle University. She has further gained a distinction at City & Guilds for interior design. Jane has over 12 years of experience in the bathroom design industry with well respected retailers but she has also completed a number of freelance projects involving sourcing, buying, surveying and project managing. Jane has excellent skills in Computer Aided Design which allows clients to see a photo realistic snap shot of their bathroom before committing to the purchase.
Vanessa Leach

Vanessa is our Administration Manager. After a career in the kitchen industry, where she has held a number of senior appointments, Vanessa now brings her considerable administrative skills to the bathroom business. Once you have placed your order, it is Vanessa that ensures your project flows smoothly from the showroom to your bathroom.
Mark Hayward

Mark is in charge of warehousing and distribution. With a background in warehouse management with two of the leading supermarket chains, Mark prides himself on a organised warehouse and ensures that fragile and delicate goods are delivered with extreme care. Internally we like to refer to him as 'distribution with a difference'.
